You would be surprised how many white people go to developing countries each year to settle down and ‘steal’ jobs like English teachers (while they have no teaching experience) or other various positions under the name of expat just because they think the country is exotic, fun, chill, warmer or have good food.
And they get mad when same thing happens the other way around for valid reasons for the jobs they’re not even willing to take in the first place.
